Obituary of Shirley Ethel Frederick

Shirley Ethel Frederick, age 65, of Camdenton, Missouri, departed this life on Thursday, May 20, 2010, at Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach, Missouri. Shirley was born July 15, 1944, in Stoutland, Missouri, the daughter of Otto Alvin Hill and Hettie Lucille (Green) Hill. She was the 3rd of six children born. Shirley often spoke of her salvation at church camp as a young girl. She was a member of Ira Missionary Baptist Church. She was united in marriage to Estell Ward Frederick, Sr., on October 30, 1959, and to this union three boys were born. Shirley was employed as a waitress at Adams Caf� and later worked for Camdenton R-3 Schools, Camden County Court House, Lake Hospital, and Frederick and Sons family business. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; an older brother, Lawrence Hill, and a younger brother, Charlie Hill; two nephews, Jimmy Luttrell and William Rogers, and brother-in-law, Roy Rogers. She is survived by her husband, Ward, of the home; sons, Ward, Jr., of the home, Ronnie, of Camdenton, and Kenny, and his wife, Janette, of Camdenton; Grandchildren, Aaron Frederick, of Camdenton, Candace Frederick, of Camdenton, and her fianc�, Henry Goddard, and his two children, Bruce Frederick of Stoutland, Amanda Frederick of Macks Creek ,Rose Frederick of Camdenton and Blake Newell of Stoutland; also soon coming great grandchild; Shirley�s siblings, Betty Rogers, of Camdenton, Danny Hill and his wife, Becky, of Camdenton, Bobby Hill and his wife, Kathryn, of Lebanon; sister�in-law, Norma Snelling and husband, Bobby, of Stoutland, along with several other relatives and friends. Shirley loved to care for her family and friends, gardening, painting, crocheting and reading her bible. She will be greatly missed by all.
