Obituary of Janet Jean Coffman
Janet Jean Coffman, age 57, of Camdenton, Missouri, joined the Lord on Thursday, May 20, 2010, lovingly surrounded by her family.
Janet was born on May 27, 1952 in Newton, Kansas. She was the middle child of five born to Regina and the late Robert Bair.
On April 1, 1985, she married the love of her life, Pepper Coffman, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. They made their home in Camdenton, Missouri where they raised two daughters, Melissa and Christy.
Janet is survived by her loving husband Pepper Coffman of Camdenton; her mother, Regina Bair, of Camdenton; two daughters, Melissa Masi, and her husband, Frank, of Atlanta, Georgia, and Christy Stanley, and her husband, Alex, of Camdenton; three loved step-children, Connie Crider, and husband, Russ, of St. Charles, Kevin Coffman, and wife, Tara, of Stoutland, and Cindy Bushnell, and husband, Chuck, of Camdenton; fourteen grandchildren, Addison, Emerson, and Asher Stanley, all of Camdenton, Chris DeCou of St. Charles, Kim Lovall and husband David of Wentzville, Brandon Knudtson of Lebanon, Lacey Rogers of Camdenton, Theo Bushnell of Camdenton, Alyssa Bushnell of Camdenton, Chuckie Bushnell of Olean, Austin Dickinson and wife Jennifer of Stoutland, Cassie, Blake, and Faith Coffman all of Stoutland; six great-grandchildren, Trevor, Adrianna, Cameron, Logan, DJ, and Dallas; one sister, Carol Wood and husband Woody, of Oklahoma City, OK; two brothers, Marc Bair and wife Cindy of Columbia, MO, and Mike Bair and wife Brenda, of Marshall, MO; brother-in-law, Roger Buffum of Emporia, KS, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Janet was preceded in death by her father Robert Bair, and sister, Linda Buffum.
Janet was a loving and devoted wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was loved by a large extended family and many friends, as well as the residents and staff of the Ozark Rehabilitation Center, where she worked as Activities Director. She loved to cook, play games, and anything where she could be with her grandchildren.
Our family has lost a very special treasure. We will cherish the memories she created for family and friends.
