Obituary of Jones Durrell Rich
Jones Durrell Rich (Duke), age 63, a son to Mr. & Mrs. James Lester Rich was born on October 15, 1946 in Moss, Tennessee.
He passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2010 in an auto accident, near his home in Camdenton, Missouri.
He attended Clay County Schools in Tennessee. He enlisted in the Army February 1966, served in Vietnam and was honorably discharged from service in 1969.
He resided in Camdenton, Missouri where he owned and operated Dukes Auto Body Shop, with his son, specializing in Restoring Classic Cars.
Duke is survived by two sons, James (Doug) Rich, and wife, Leah, and granddaughter Taylor R. Rich, two step grandsons Tyler J. Saultz and Chandler J. Saultz of Macks Creek, Missouri and John Rich and grandson Christopher Rich of Camdenton, Missouri; one brother, James K. Rich, of Tipton, Indiana; two sisters, Joanna Coonrod and husband Charles of Kokomo, Indiana and Syble Ciston, of Akron, Ohio; and a host of nieces and nephews, along with several other relatives and many friends.
Duke was preceded in death by his parents, James and Jewell (Huffiness) Rich, and two sisters, Iva May Trautman of Ohio and Geniel Deryck of Ohio, and the mother of his sons Margie Lou Crall of Missouri.
Duke will be truly missed by many friends and relatives.
