Obituary of Scott A. Topel

Scott A. Topel, age 45 of Eldon, Missouri, departed this life on Sunday, August 22, 2010 at Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach, Missouri. Scott was born May 6, 1965 in Oak Park, Illinois, the son of Rich and Anita Topel. Scott worked as a letter carrier for the Lake Ozark Post Office for the past ten years and he served as a volunteer fireman with the Osage Beach Fire Protection District for the past twenty-seven years. In addition, Scott drove a cab in the lake area for the past two years. In his spare time he enjoyed bowling and playing golf. Scott is survived by his parents, Rich and Anita Topel of Osage Beach, Missouri; his fianc�, Shady Brooks of Eldon, Missouri; one step-son, Alex Weyer of Eldon and one step-daughter, Crystal Morrison of Florida; one brother Rich Topel of Osage Beach, Missouri and one sister, Cathy Topel of Kansas City, Missouri; one nephew, Mac Topel of Osage Beach, Missouri, along with several other relatives and friends.
