Cynthia J. Otradovec, age 63, died Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri after a battle with brain cancer. Cindy was born October 23, 1949 in Springfield Missouri, the daughter of Guy and Elizabeth Jean Roofener Cindy was united in marriage on June 30, 1989 at Community Christian Church, Camdenton, Missouri to Michael Harlan Otradovec Cindy graduated from St. Johns School of Nursing in 1983. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 1988. She attained a Masters of Health Administration from the University of Missouri in 1997. Cindy had a long career in health care as a nurse, administrator, and Chief Information Officer at the Lake Regional Health System. She is survived by her husband Mike of the home; son Christopher Ragain, his wife Christine, and granddaughter Emma Rose of Naples, Florida; daughter Sara Carlin and her husband Chuck of Bonita Springs, Florida; son Joseph Otradovec of the home, attending Webster University Conservatory of Theatre Arts, St. Louis, Missouri; brother Ted Roofener and his wife Mary Kay, of Camdenton Missouri; and her living mother, Elizabeth Jean Majors of Camdenton, Missouri She was preceded in death by her father, Guy Roofener.
