Obituary of Rita Carol Watkins

Rita Carol Watkins, age 71, Tuscumbia, Missouri, departed this life on November 24, 2012 in Tuscumbia. Rita was born September 7, 1941 in Sardis, Mississippi, the daughter of Roy and Willie McCoy Watkins. Rita is survived by Joe D. Whittle (friend of the heart); daughters Tina Hoffman and Anne Nutter; grandson James Hoffman; granddaughters Emily and Casey Nutter; brother and sister-in-law Sammy and Marcy Watkins; sister-in-law Polly and John Hesse; nieces and nephews Cindy, Sammy, Michael, Paul, Charles, Kerri and Shannon; many wonderful aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. Rita leaves behind a large family and many friends she counted as family. She always said, blood-related or not, family was made of love, and she didn�t love any of us more or less. She loved all of us the same---A LOT. Her family from the west coast to the east coast loves her, misses her, and mourns her.
