Obituary of Harvey Pascul Fry

Harvey Pascul Fry III, age 62, of Eldon, Missouri, formerly of Oswego, Kansas, departed this life on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at his residence in Eldon. Harvey was born January 19, 1950, in Warrenton, Missouri, the son of Harvey, Jr. and Lorna Edmondson Fry. Harvey was united in marriage February 21, 1969 in Independence, Kansas to Patty Blair and together they had shared the past 43 years of marriage until his death. Harvey served his country proudly in the United States Army and the United States Navy serving in both Vietnam and the Gulf War. Harvey also served as past Commander of the VFW in Oswego, Kansas and was a member of the American Legion. Harvey was a Physician�s Assistant and worked in many different areas of the country during his career. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, and playing poker, especially Black Jack and Texas Hold-Em. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Harvey was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother and will be sorely missed by his family and friends. Harvey is survived by his loving wife Patty, of the home; his children, Harvey IV and his wife, Leticia, of Lamar, Missouri, Jennifer Donaldson of Joplin, Missouri, Patricia Fry of Rich Hill, Missouri, Courtney Fry of Eldon, Missouri, Ryan of Butte, Montona, Jeremy, of Eldon, Missouri, and Allison Fry of Joplin, Missouri; nine grandchildren, Bryanna, Kaycia, MaKayla, Sydnee, Jayden, Jaylyn, Kaylyn, Maddilynn, and Addison; his mother, Lorna Edwards and husband, Clark, of Lake Ozark, Missouri; his brothers, Charles of Lake Ozark, Missouri and Fred and his wife, Pam, of New Florence, Missouri; his sisters, Brenda Sonnenberg and her husband, George, of Rocky Mount, Missouri and Sheila Lipscomb of New Florence, Missouri as well as several other family members and friends. Harvey was preceded in death by his father, one sister, Liane Scott and one brother-in-law, George Lipscomp.
