Obituary of Richard Lane Hansen

Richard Lane �Rick� Hansen, age 61, of Simi Valley, California, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. Rick was born September 20, 1951 in New Jersey, the son of Jens Hansen and Shirley Elezibeth Lane. Rick worked for several companies through the years including McMahons Furniture, Xerox, and Microsoft. He worked in retail sales and also owned his own printing shop at one time. In his spare time Rick enjoyed NASCAR, playing in the lake or pool, riding jet skis, spending time with his family, visiting his brother in Missouri, and going to Disney Land. Rick is survived by; one daughter Kim Mulligan and her husband, Dave, of Simi Valley, California; three brothers, David Hansen and his wife, Paula, of Lebanon, Missouri; Pete Hansen and his wife Marilee of Lake Elsinore, California, and Don Hansen and his wife, Carol of Jacksonville, Florida; and four grandchildren, Kaila Hansen, Stephanie Handen, Drake Mulligan and Deegan Mulligan. He was preceded in death by his father Jens Hansen; his mother Shirley Hansen and his grandmother Annette Gower.
