Obituary of Joyce Dee Wallander

Joyce Dee Wallander, age 64, passed away at her home in Camdenton, Missouri, on Wednesday August 28, 2013. Joyce was born October 3, 1948, in Springfield, Missouri, the daughter of Martin and Norma Lee Hunter. Joyce was united in marriage June 5, 1965 to Kenneth Wallander, and together they shared 48 years of marriage until her death. Joyce enjoyed fishing, gardening and watching her hummingbirds. More than anything, she loved her family and spending time with them. Joyce is survived by her husband Kenneth of the home; two daughters, Tammy Vietti (Greg) of Ozark, Missouri and Melissa Anderson of Knob Noster, Missouri; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; her sisters Mary Shadrick (Larry) of Macks Creek, Missouri, Donna Moreland (Lloyd) of Camdenton, Missouri, Jeannie Klinginsmith (Sam) of Camdenton, Missouri, Barbara Hanks (Ronnie) of Humble, Kansas and Diana Kloppel (Elmer) of Lebanon, Missouri; her brother Gilbert Hunter (Mary Jane) of Macks Creek, Missouri; along with several other relatives and friends. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Norma Lee Hunter; and one brother Terry Hunter.
