Obituary of John Gaydos

John Gaydos, age 99, of Laurie, Missouri, departed this life on Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Laurie Care Center, Laurie, Missouri. John was born in the Checz Republic, July 21, 1914 and came to the United States when he was 18 moths old. John was united in marriage to Mary Michalka who preceded him in death. John and Mary have two children; John Gaydos, and Valerie Polyak and her husband, Nick, of Sunrise Beach, Missouri; a sister, Susan Hopkins; their grandchildren, John, Chris, Jason, Nick, Beth and Steven; great- grandchildren, Claire, Gail, Emily, Ellie, Chloe, Sadie and Griffin. The family wishes to say thank you to Laurie Care Center for the exceptional and loving care they gave their father. Funeral services will be held at a later date in Pennsylvania.
