Obituary of Pauline A. Kiriakos

Pauline A. Kiriakos, age 88, of Osage Beach, Missouri, departed this life on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. Pauline was born December 3, 1925 in West Fork, Missouri, the daughter of Lemuel B. and Alice C. (Barton) Henson. Pauline was united in marriage on May 30, 1943 to Lovern Omagene (Gene) Wisdom, who preceded her in death in 1979. She later married Nick Kiriakos who preceded her in death in 1975. Pauline lived in St Louis, Missouri and Tulsa, Oklahoma for many years before moving with her daughter, Shirley, to Lake of the Ozarks in April 2009, after having heart surgery. Pauline attended our Savior Lutheran Church in Camdenton, Missouri. Among her many interests, Pauline collected angels. She enjoyed traveling and had been to most of the states. She also enjoyed gardening and attending dances and listening to country music at the Senior Center in Camdenton. Pauline loved everyone she knew unconditionally, and she adored her pets. She was such a �wonderful, special woman�, whose smile and presence will be greatly missed. Few will forget the wonderful memories she left behind. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, Lemuel Benjamin and Alice Cordelia (Barton) Henson; her step- son, Nick Jr.; her sister, Geraldine (Gerry) Adams; and her brother-in-law, Leyman Adams. Pauline is survived by her children, Violet �Irene� Sargent, of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Reathel �Dannie� Gene Wisdom of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Shirley Ilene (Wisdom) Wheatley and special friend, Dan (Jack) Chester and his parents, Dorothy and Otis, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, Lovern �Dean� Wisdom of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Elvin �Al� Wheatley, Jr. and his wife, Jennifer, Paula Jean (Wheatley) Venable and her husband Joe, Sherry Lynn (Wisdom) Miller and her husband Glen, Dannie Gene Wisdom, and Jessica and Jacob Wisdom; step-grandchildren, Roy Wingfield, and Ronnie Hodgkiss; her brother Doyle Henson and wife, Wanda; her niece Diana Bouse and special niece Wanda Rivituso; her special friend Charley Reyes; along with many other relatives and friends. Pauline will be loved always and missed dearly by her family and friends.
