Obituary of Scotty Green

Len Scott �Scotty� Green, age 68, of Climax Springs, Missouri, departed this life Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 3:40 a.m. at his residence in Climax Springs. Scotty was born April 29, 1946 in Lebanon, Missouri, the son of Earl and Jeraldine (Hensen) Green. Scotty was united in marriage January 5, 1976 in Miami, Oklahoma to Martha Charlene Adamson and together they shared 38 years of marriage until his death. Scotty had made a career as a cattle rancher and for a time had served the citizens of Camden County as Camden County Commissioner. He was also a �junk collector� and enjoyed going to various auctions. Scotty loved spending time on his farm looking after things and enjoyed tinkering with mechanics. More than anything though, he loved his family dearly and enjoyed being around his kids and grandkids. Scotty was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and a caring neighbor and friend who will be missed dearly by his family and friends. Scotty is survived by his loving wife Martha, of the home; two sons, Kenny BeBee and wife Andrea, of Macks Creek, Missouri and Tony BeBee and wife Laurie, of Ridgedale, Missouri; one daughter, Lisa Vanos Draper and husband, Kirk, of Climax Springs, Missouri; one sister, Janee Williams of Macks Creek, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; several aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends. Scotty was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Jeraldine Green and one son, Richard BeBee.
