Obituary of Eless Ray Skinner

Eless Ray Skinner, (Ray), age 84, of Camdenton, Missouri, departed this life Friday, August 29, 2014 at Boone Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. Ray was born June 17, 1930 in Macks Creek, Missouri, the son of Ray and Neva (Seaton) Skinner. Ray was united in marriage December 29, 1950 in Roach, Missouri to Fern Eidson and together they shared 63 of marriage until his death. Ray worked as a small scale inspector for the State of Missouri. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Ray is survived by his loving wife Fern, of the home; his children Sharon Vogel of Frisco, Texas, Karen and Carl Willis of Fair Grove, Missouri, Bill Skinner of Camdenton, Missouri, and Kim and Curt Simpson of Camdenton, Missouri; his grandchildren Brooke and Josh Wolfe of Climax Springs, Missouri, Toby and Jon Class of Harrisburg, Missouri, Leisa and Tony Morgan of Prosper, Texas, Jody and Tiffany Willis of Fair Grove, Missouri, and Kyle Simpson and Cory Simpson, both of Camdenton, Missouri; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sue and Carl Dawson of Independence, Missouri and June Leap of Montreal, Missouri; along with several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Neva Skinner; his sister Phyllis Skinner; his son-in-law Mike Vogel and his brother-in-law Kenneth Leap.
