Obituary of Colonel Daniel A. Needham

Colonel Daniel Alfred Needham, age 72, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014, at his home in Lake Ozark, Missouri Dan was born November 18, 1941 in East St. Louis, Illinois, a son of Noble and Ida (Clore) Needham. On March 2, 1992 in Lake Ozark Missouri, he was united in marriage to Kathy Willard who survives of the home. Dan was employed with the Missouri Water Patrol for fifteen years, attaining the rank of Colonel. After working for the Water Patrol he worked for the Missouri Highway Safety Department for ten years where he eventually became director. He enjoyed visiting with his neighbors and loved his dog, Skater. Dan is survived by his wife Kathy, one daughter Angie Pember and husband Ron, of Tuscumbia, Missouri, and one brother, Gary Needham and wife Pamela, of Searcy, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents Nobel and Ida Needham and one sister, Shanna Needham.
