Obituary of George E. Nielson

George E. Nielson, age 66, died on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 surrounded by his family and dear friends. George was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Edith Nielson. A native of Saint Louis, George graduated from Riverview Gardens High School and matriculated summa cum laude from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. He was the former chapter president of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. George spent 42 spectacular years married to his high school sweetheart, Linda. Together they enjoyed retirement upon their houseboat docked here at Lake Ozark. George enjoyed tinkering in his garage and watching Nascar on Sunday afternoons with his friends. He had a variety of hobbies to occupy his time. He was a brilliant mind that enjoyed finding solutions. George was known to his son, Benjamin and daughter-in-law Valerie, as the �man that could fix anything.�
