Obituary of Nick Voorhees

Nicholas James �Nick� Voorhees, age 23, of Osage Beach, Missouri, departed this life, Saturday, January 31, 2015 from injuries sustained from an auto accident. Nick was born June 9, 1991 in Boulder, Colorado, the son of Tim and Karen (Yount) Voorhees. Nick graduated from Camdenton High School where he played football and baseball. He worked for several area restaurants including Vista Grande, Dog Days, Larry�s On The Lake, City Grill and Wobbly Boots. Nick loved the outdoors where he enjoyed snowboarding, wake boarding, motorcycles and playing disc golf. Nick is survived by his parents, Tim and Karen Voorhees of the home; one brother Jacob Voorhees of the home; maternal grandparents, Dale and Judy Yount of The Villages, Florida, along with several loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Jim and Marge Voorhees.
