Obituary of Gloria Bell Johnson

Gloria Bell Johnson , age 89, of Edwards, Missouri, departed this life Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at her home in, Edwards. Gloria was born August 9, 1925 in Rose, New York, the daughter of John and Mae (Stickles) Scott. She was united in marriage October 17, 1964 to Eldyn Gerald (Jerry) Johnson who preceded her in death September 3, 1989. Gloria enjoyed traveling, camping, and working puzzles. She also loved painting and caring for her animals, especially her favorite pet, Midget. Gloria enjoyed spending time with family more than anything. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was loved dearly and will be missed by her family. Gloria is survived by her daughter; Sarah Everett and husband Robert; three sons, Fred Rouse, Larry Rouse and wife Mary, and Ronnie Rouse and wife Cathy; great granddaughter, McKenzie Cleveland; sixteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren; and seven great- great-grandchildren; along with several other relatives and friends; and her beloved Pomeranian, Midget. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mae Scott; her husband, Eldyn G. (Jerry) Johnson; her son , Donald Rouse; two sisters, Shirley Murry and Betty Cole; and one brother, Buster Scott.
