Obituary of Kevin John Stover

Kevin John Stover, 54, of Linn Creek, Missouri, passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, April 8, 2015, at his home in Linn Creek. Kevin was born October 31, 1960 in Columbia, Missouri, the son of O'Dean and Dolores Stover, founding owners of Stover Carpet. The family moved to Camdenton in 1968. He so loved the lake and grew up in Camdenton. He graduated from Camdenton High School in 1979, then went on to work with his family at Stover Carpet, running the carpet cleaning service. Kevin was passionate about many things. He loved his family, golf, photography, tropical fish and animals. He always kept his lawn perfectly groomed. Family and friends will remember him for his caring heart and his "get'er done" attitude. Kevin is survived by his girlfriend Tammy Carter, and her daughter Karen Cramlett, and grandbabies, Peyton and Paisley Cramlett; his father O'Dean Stover, and friend Fran Falter; four sisters, Karen Bischof and husband, Craig, of Osage Beach, Missouri, Stacey Polton and husband, Steve, of Columbia, Missouri; Krista Shackleford and husband, Darin, of Camdenton, Missouri, and Gwen Heim and husband, Marcus, of Springdale, Arkansas; nieces and nephews, Ryan and Niki Shackleford, Kurtis Davis, Tanner and Madison Heim, and Cody Polton. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dolores Stover and his nephew Korey Davis.
