Obituary of Esther Blair Tull
Esther Lynn Blair Tull of Camdenton went home to her Heavenly Father on Thursday April 23 at University Hospital in Columbia. She was born May 12, 1952, the second child born to Glen and Elsie Blair. She was a 1970 graduate of Camdenton High School and she attended Southwest Baptist University and The University of Central Missouri. Esther's interest in art led her to form Esther's Arts and Crafts and T-Shirt Factory in the early 1970's, a business which operated on North Highway 5 in Camdenton and then on the square.
Esther's greatest interest and joy was her commitment to her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and was baptized as a child at First Baptist Church of Camdenton. In recent years she was a member of Walk on the Water Faith Church in Osage Beach. From this passion and deep belief flowed a gentleness and graciousness that was evident to all her family and friends.
Esther was married to Stephen Hicks, who preceded her in death, and to Wesley Tull. She also was preceded in death by her father Glen O. Blair. She is survived by her daughters Jennifer Hicks-Enemark and husband Tristan, Rachel Tull Bowen, and Emilie Rose Tull; her mother Elsie Edwards Blair; her siblings Lewis Glen Blair, Emily Blair Mensendiek and husband Tim, and Maggie Blair Butterfield and husband Jim; her grandchildren Avalon, Graelem, Rigby and Hardison Enemark, and Braelynn and Glaeson Bowen; step-son Wesley Tull, and many aunts, cousins, and a large extended family, most of whom live in the lake area. We all loved her dearly, were blessed to know her, and will miss her until we see her again.
