Obituary of Donald Eugene Ziegler

Donald Eugene Ziegler, age 84, of Buffalo, Missouri, departed this life, Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Colonial Spring Health Care Center in Buffalo, Missouri. Donald was born July 7, 1930 in Garden City, Kansas, the son of Herman Ludwig and Josephine Agnes (Hermes) Ziegler. He was united in marriage to June Potter who preceded him in death. Donald retired from the Camden County Road District after 20 years of employment. He enjoyed antique tractors and going to the tractor shows where he could be found riding his golf cart around. Donald also loved gardening, watching wrestling and Nascar. Donald is survived by three step children; Cindy Richey, Jim Richey, and Mason Richey; ten step grandchildren; eight step great- grandchildren; and three cousins. In addition to his wife June, he was also preceded in death by his parents Herman and Josephine Ziegler; one step daughter Dorris Austin and one step son Terry Ritchey.
