Obituary of Edgar J. Simonin

Edgar J. Simonin, age 84, passed away Friday, September 4, 2015 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. Ed was born May 22, 1931 in East St. Louis, Illinois, the son of the late Edgar B. and Anne (Edelmann) Simonin. Ed is survived by his wife of 55 years Judy (Schranz) Simonin; three sisters; and 13 nieces and nephews. Ed is a graduate of O’Fallon Township High School, O’Fallon, Illinois and attended St. Louis University. He worked for The Alton & Southern Railway Company in East St. Louis and retired from the State of Illinois, Belleville, Illinois. Ed served four years in the U. S. Navy. Ed was a volunteer at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri.
