Obituary of Goss Eugene Denny

Goss Eugene Denny, age 83, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Friday, September 18, 2015 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri after a short illness.. Goss was born May 25, 1932 in Camdenton, Missouri, the son of Eugene and Emma Jane (Sandage) Denny. Goss was united in marriage January 19, 1956 in Decaturville, Missouri, to Ruth Elizabeth Webb. Together they shared nearly 55 years of marriage until her death in 2011. Goss worked for many years at Blair Cedar and Novelty, and before tha,t at Webster Heating and Plumbing. He was a hard worker, dedicated husband and father, and will be greatly missed. Goss is survived by one daughter, Debra Elizabeth Welch of Macks Creek, Missouri and her fiance’ Ron Burkhart; one son Johnny Wayne Denny of Camdenton, Missouri; one brother Arbey, and wife Betty and daughter Darlene Denny; five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews along with several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Ruth; one sister, Dorothy Dean Forbes; two brothers, Delbert and Virgil Denny; and one son, James Eugene Denny.
