Obituary of Robert Thomas Urton

Robert Thomas Urton passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015 as a result of injuries sustained in an accident. He was 21 years old. He is survived by his father, Richard H. Urton; his mother, Susan T. Leutzinger Cannon; and his sister, Sarah M. Urton. He is also survived by his step-mother, Cathy Jo McQuillen Urton; and uncles, James Urton, Daniel Urton, Alan Leutzinger, David Leutzinger, and Michael Leutzinger. Robert is preceded in death by his grandparents, Michael J. Urton and Beverly A. Phillips Urton, Walter E. Leutzinger Jr. and Virginia L. Cowan Leutzinger; his aunt Julie Urton Farnes; and his cousin Adam Farnes. Our family is privileged to have carried out Robert’s wishes to be an organ donor. He has brought hope and joy to a great number of donor recipients and their families. In death, as he had in life, Robert will defend the helpless with humility. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
