Obituary of Donald E. Baker

Donald E.(Don) Baker,74, of Kaiser, Missouri, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015 at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. Don was born May 1, 1941 in Springfield, Illinois, the son of Ernest and Edith (Thompson) Baker. Don was married May 15, 1971 in Springfield, Illinois to Linda Brownson. Don was a warehouse manager for Springfield Electric in Springfield, Illinois for 10 years before moving to Lake of the Ozarks. He worked for Meeks Lumber in Osage Beach as an electrician and later moved up to a manager position. He was employed with Meeks Lumber Company for 24 years. Don is survived by his wife of 44 years, Linda; one daughter; Denise Taylor of Lebanon, Missouri, one son; Joseph D. Baker and wife Naomi, of Branson, Missouri, three grandchildren; along with several other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Edith Baker.
