Obituary of Marilyn Asti

Marilyn Asti, age 68, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. Marilyn was born April 20, 1947 in Long Island, New York, the daughter of Jim and Elizabeth Ludlow. Marilyn was united in marriage July 4, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Gary Asti. They shared 25 1/2 years of marriage together at the time of her death. Marilyn was a loving and devoted wife and a caring mother and grandmother. She loved going to thrift stores and enjoyed cooking for family and friends. Her greatest joy in life was her family. Marilyn was a member of Decaturville Missionary Baptist Church in Decaturville, Missouri. Maryilyn is survived by her husband Gary, of the home; her son Steve Hershey of San Diego, California; her step-sons Anthony Asti of York, Nebraska and Chad Asti of Superior, Colorado; her daughter Lisa Hershey of Wheat Ridge, Colorado; her step-daughter Tina Asti of York, Nebraska; three grandchildren, Dillon Hershey, Gianna Asti and Cecilia Asti; along with several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Elizabeth Ludlow and her sister Pat Dahlman, and her step-father Gordy Larson.
