Obituary of Terry J. Dickerson

Terry J. Dickerson, age 60, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. Terry was born January 19, 1956 in Buffalo, Missouri, the son of Jack and Machir (Vincent) Dickerson. Terry was united in marriage June 17, 1982 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Sharon Bowles. They had shared 33 years of marriage together at the time of his death. Terry was co- owner and president of Voyager Marine and owner/developer of Keystone Development Park all in Camdenton, Missouri. He was also involved in real estate and in addition, was a wholesale distributor for fishing and tackle supplies. Terry enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding ATV's, and RV Camping in his spare time. Terry was a kind-hearted person who will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, son and grandfather. Terry is survived by his wife Sharon, of the home, two daughters, Deannah Dickerson-Bass of Cape Coral, Florida, and Jaclyn Dickerson of Camdenton, Missouri; one son, Aaron Dickerson of Camdenton, Missouri; his parents, Jack and Machir Dickerson of Camdenton, Missouri; three brothers, James Dickerson of Camdenton, Missouri, Randy Dickerson and wife Carolyn of Osage Beach, Missouri, and Robert Dickerson of Springfield, Missouri; his father and mother in law, Dick and Lorene Bowles of Camdenton, Missouri; six grandchildren, Ashley Bass, D’Marion McBride, Alberto Camrillo Jr., Angel Dickerson, Terrance Dickerson and Marley Anglin; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by one son, Christopher Dickerson; his maternal grandparents Ralph and Lucille Vincent; his paternal grandfather, Jewel Dickerson; paternal grandmother and step grand-father Tom and Eula Parish Jerry.
