Obituary of Rose M. Rand

Rose M. Rand, age 76, of Linn Creek, Missouri, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 10, 2016. Rose was born October 10, 1939 in Odessa, Missouri. She was the daughter of Atwood V. and Margaret E. Pullins. She graduated from Shawnee Mission North High School in 1957. She was united in marriage September 26, 1958 in Mission, Kansas to Earl Rand Jr. Together they had shared 58 1/2 wonderful years of marriage. Rose worked as a secretary and book keeper in the construction and hotel industries before retiring. In her spare time she enjoyed yoga, and spending time with family and her many friends. Rose is survived by her husband Earl of the home; her daughter Rochelle Schleicher of Merriam, Kansas; four grandchildren, Kyle Schleicher, Karly Schleigher, Andy Curiale, and Kaleigh Davis; and sister-in-law Meillyn Kreusser. Rose was preceded in death by her parents Atwood and Margaret Pullins; birth father James Campbell; one son Craig W. Rand; her brother Donald Pullins and sister Barbara Jean Pullins.
