Obituary of Charles Thomas Abel

Charles (Chuck) Thomas Abel age 54, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at his home in Camdenton. Chuck was born October 17, 1961 in Raytown, Missouri, the son of Charles Abel and Judith Covert. He was united in marriage June 11, 1994 to Sandra Coyle- Abel. Chuck grew up in Raytown, Missouri where he met the love of his life. They moved to Lake of the Ozarks to raise their children and ran two successful restaurants together. He was an amazing carpenter and built houses for many years. Chuck loved riding his Harley- Davidson, watching football (Chiefs), and spending time with his wife and dog( Buddy). He loved being around his grandchildren and watching them grow. Chuck was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother, and a caring friend to all who knew him. Chuck is survived by his wife Sandy; son Jason and wife, Tiffany, of Lebanon, Missouri; his daughter Jessica and husband, Steve, of Independence, Missouri; his three grandchildren Heather (papa's girl), Jase, and Justin whom he loved dearly. Chuck was preceded in death by his mother Judith Covert.
