Obituary of Steve Alan Holloway

Steve Alan Holloway of Houston, Texas, died Monday, January 9, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was 34 years old. He was born November 1, 1982 in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, the son of Daniel and Candace Holloway. Steve served 10 years in the United States Air Force, serving tours in Iraq, Afghanistan and Qatar during this time. He loved to play golf, spend time with family and friends and was a huge St. Louis Rams Fan. Steve is survived by his parents, Daniel and Candace Holloway of Camdenton, Missouri; a brother, Alex M. Holloway and wife, Jennifer, of Minot, North Dakota; a sister, Hope A. Roberts and husband Michael, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and two sons, Alan Jeffery Holloway of Columbus, Georgia and Hunter James Ray Holloway of Glenpool, Oklahoma; one nephew Jason Roberts and two nieces Summer Holloway and Bailey Roberts. He is also survived by two Grandfathers, James M. Holloway of Linn Creek, Missouri and Jack L. Ripley of Pittsburg, Missouri; one Grandmother, Patricia A. Blevins of Pittsburg, Kansas and one Great-Grandmother, Lillian M. Richards of Camdenton, Missouri. Also surviving are three Aunts, One Uncle and eleven cousins as well as many other relatives too numerous to count. He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Donna M. Holloway of Linn Creek, Missouri. Services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, January 20, 2017, at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Ft. Leonard Wood, Waynesville, Missouri.
