Obituary of Dean B Mason

Dean B. Mason, age 78, of Eldridge, Missouri, passed away January 3, 2017, at his home in Eldridge. Dean was born February 19, 1938 in Leavenworth, Kansas. He was the son of Thomas and Cordelia (Cox) Mason. Dean is survived by his wife Sabrina; his son Terry D. Mason of Crossett, Ark; his daughter Treasa Putthoff and husband, Kerry of Lawrence, KS ; and his daughter Penny Allison and husband Pat of Hamburg, AR. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Cordelia Mason; his son Daniel B. Mason; and his sisters Maxine Sparks and Inez Skeet. Dean owned and operated his own trucking company for many years. He loved all animals, but had a special place in his heart for dogs and was a member of the ASPCA and Lebanon Humane Society. He was also a member of Lebanon Moose Lodge. Among other interests, Dean enjoyed traveling around the country through the years. No formal services are scheduled at this time.
