Obituary of Gary David Jaycox

Gary David Jaycox, age 66, of Kaiser, Missouri, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017 at his home in Kaiser. 

Gary was born August 22, 1950 in Belleview, Missouri, the son of Lloyd and Helen (Racer) Jaycox. 

Gary is survived by his daughters Kimberly McCoy of Pacific, Missouri and Carrie Butler and significant other, Tretch Lawrence of Kaiser, Missouri; his brother, Jerry Jaycox of Fenton, Missouri; his sisters, Linda Garrett of Brumley, Missouri and Deborah (Debby) Cooper of Butler, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Jansen, Derrik, Hailee, Kinlee, Colten, Mason, Tristyn, and Keirstyn; along with a host of other relatives and friends. 

Gary was preceded in death by his brothers Clyde, Loyd, and Darrell; and his sisters, Mary Wucher, Shirley Nieghbors, Sarah "Sally" Wells, and Peggy Sue Putnam. 

Gary owned and operated a glass and mirror installation company for many years.  He loved dogs and horses and enjoyed spending time outdoors planting and gardening.  Gary also enjoyed cooking for family and friends and was known to gamble a little here and there.   More than anything, Gary loved his family and loved spending time with them. 

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 2, 2017, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Osage Beach, Missouri.
