Obituary of Zachary Paul Curran

Zachary Paul Curran was born on July 6, 1996, in Osage Beach, and was called home Friday, June 16, 2017. He is the son of Paul and Aimee Curran. Zach attended School of the Osage, where he was a member of the Wrestling, Soccer, Golf and Track team. In May 2014, he graduated from School of the Osage with honors. He was attending Ozarks Technical Community College where he was majoring in Video Production. 

Zach had a smile that would light up the room. He was a very loving person and enjoyed listening to music, playing with the family dog and he always tried to have fun in everything he did. His hobbies included, golfing, hunting and fishing, He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, sharing his infectious laugh and reminding everyone to take themselves a little less seriously.

He is survived by his parents Paul and Aimee Curran; his brother Ryan; and his sister Emilee. He also leaves behind his grandparents, Larry and Carolee Schneider; Judy Curran and John Gladden; Anna Rosenfeld; and John Curran; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.

The funeral arrangements are being handled by Hedges-Scott Funeral Home located in Osage Beach. The visitation will be held Friday, June 23 from 11:30am-2pm at Christ the King Lutheran Church. The funeral service will be officiated by Pastor Ron Lehenbauer and will take place at 2pm immediately following the visitation. Interment will take place at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home on Highway 42. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making donations to the Zachary Curran Memorial Foundation dedicated to non-profit organizations.
