Obituary of Twila Juanita Harpole

Twila Juanita Harpole, 93, was born January 18, 1924 in Martinsburg Township in Pike County, Illinois.  She died the Fourth of July 2017 at her residence in Osage Beach, Missouri.

She is survived by one sister, Ellen Turnbull of Griggsville, Illinois; one daughter, Sue Kinnaman of Osage Beach, Missouri; one son, Jim Waggoner of Stansbury Park, Utah; grandson Joey Imperato of Iberia, Missouri; granddaughter Mindy Waggoner of Kearns, Utah; granddaughter Jeanne Miller of Vernal, Utah; granddaughter Stacie Matthews of Midvale, Utah; grandson Casey Youngberg of Saratoga Srpings, Utah; and grandson Jeff Youngberg of Pueblo, Colorado.  Twila also leaves behind eighteen great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 39 years Gene Waggoner; her sister Wanda Smith; and brothers, Ronald Harpole and James Harpole.

Twila loved to camp in the mountains, trout fish, hunt for stones to make jewelry, antique shop, and spent her working years as a  medical receptionist.  Twila attended the Methodist church in Wanda, Illinois and Tooele, Utah.

Graveside Services will be held Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 11:30 am at Valhalla Cemetery in Godfrey, Illinois.
