Obituary of Carole L Fitzgerald

Carole L. Fitzgerald, age 53, of Climax Springs, Missouri passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 surrounded by her family at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Carole was born on February 23, 1964 in Weymouth, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of John (Jack) and Mariann (Drake) Harris and step-mother Chris Harris.

On March 8, 1984 in Hutchinson, Kansas, Carole was united in marriage to Terry Fitzgerald. They shared over 33 years of marriage together at the time of her death.

Carole enjoyed spending time outdoors hiking, camping and fishing. She loved making arts and crafts and enjoyed keeping bees.  Her greatest joy was in spending time with her family.

Carole is survived by her husband Terry of the home, her children Marianne Koeppen and Katherine Fitzgerald; two grandchildren, Erin Rose and Kyra Lynn Koeppen; sister Kathy Reffner and husband Brian; brother Loren Harris and wife Adah along with several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mariann and one son, Terry Gordon Fitzgerald Jr. and Grandmother Vivian Prock.

A Celebration of Life will be held September 8, 2017 at 10:00am at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. Officiating will be Rev. and Mrs. Floyd Dake.
