Obituary of Maxwell Rocco Lewis

Maxwell Rocco "Max" Lewis, age 25, of Montreal, Missouri, passed away Friday, November 3, 2017 at his home in Montreal.

Max was born July 19, 1992 in Osage Beach, Missouri.  He was the son of Ronnie P. and Laura Ann (Vecchio) Lewis.

Max grew up in Osage Beach and graduated from School of the Osage in 2010.  He was part of a maintenance crew of one of the lake area golf courses, where he enjoyed mowing and keeping the course in top condition. When he wasn't working, Max enjoyed dancing, listening to music and watching wrestling matches on television.  He loved joking and teasing his family and making them laugh.  Max loved his family more than anything.  He will be missed beyond words.

Max is survived by his parents Ronnie and Laura Lewis of Montreal, Missouri;  his brother Evan Lewis and wife, Natasha, of Camdenton, Missouri; his sister Ashleigh Paxton of Linn Creek, Missouri; his paternal grandparents, Jim and Sue Lewis of Osage Beach, Missouri; his maternal grandmother, Marian Vecchio of Rochester, New York; his paternal grandparents, Nancy and Gene Harris of Birmingham, Alabama; his great maternal grandmother, Ida LeClair of Marlborough, Massachusettes;his aunts, Lisa Vecchio, Alexis Ganter and Amy King; his uncles Johnny Lewis and Joe Devlin; his nephews Cooper Lewis and Watchman Paxton; his niece Melina Paxton; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jerry Vecchio and maternal grandmother, Charlotte Feinberg.

Private family service will be held.
