Obituary of Daniel Harrison Super

 

 

Daniel Harrison Super was born August 27, 1991 to Jeff and Denise (McGuire) Super at St. Mary’s Hospital in Jefferson City Missouri.

Daniel passed away November 4, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of 26.

Daniel was preceded in death by his uncle, Greg Super, grandfather, Harry Super, both great grandmothers, Pearl Super and Joyce Burns, and cousins, Robin Meyers and Jayden Ling.

Daniel leaves behind both his parents Denise (McGuire) Super, Jeff Super (Mary); grandparents John and JoAnne Jennings and Carol Super. Daniel also leaves behind his sisters Alexandria Super, Amanda McGuire, and Autumn Diffey (Chad); and brother Chad McGuire (Morgan); aunts and uncles Terry Van Klavern(Scott) Sheila Zuroweste (Gary), Lisa Schlottman (Doug), Kevin Super (Deb) Tim Super (Jim), and Jennifer Super (Patrick); niece Katy; nephews Cole and Colin; and many cousins.  Daniel also leaves behind his high school sweetheart and fiancée Megan Garrison of the home.

Daniel grew up in Lake Ozark area attending School of the Osage and graduating in 2010. Daniel played most all the little league sports and in high school he ran track and played football. He also participated in many after school activities, including band and talent shows. Daniel started working at a young age from a go cart attendant to the restaurant industry including working side by side with his father at JJ’s at the Copper Pot.

Daniel and Megan started their journey from Lake of the Ozarks to the Colorado Mountains almost 6 years ago. Daniel was a adventurist and most of his days off were filled with outdoor adventures, from hiking to snowboarding and everything in between.

Daniel especially enjoyed road trips whether it be on his Harley to Sturgis or in his van to Moab Utah with his cousins Kenny & Bryce, and to both the east and west coast. Where ever he traveled, it was natural for him to make friends.

Services will be held Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Osage Beach, Missouri.  The family will welcome friends for visitation from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm prior to services at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers,  memorial donations are suggested to Kids Harbor.
