Obituary of Cheryl Lynn Riegerix

Cheryl Lynn Riegerix, age 51, of Osage Beach, Missouri passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Cheryl was born June 2, 1966 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was the daughter of Ron and Dorian (Pellegrino) Hogeland.

On March 31, 1984 she was united in marriage to Robert Riegerix and they shared 27 years of marriage together and became the parents of two sons.

Cheryl was a very devoted mother, beloved daughter, sister and friend. While Cheryl was on this earth she enjoyed her role as homemaker and caring for her children, and spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed cooking and working with arts and crafts. She was working toward starting her own business in arts and crafts. Cheryl was very skilled in working with children and had a heart of compassion for helping others.

Cheryl was a born-again Spirit filled Christian. Her family and friends will miss her beyond words, but rejoice in knowing that she is with her Lord in heaven.

Cheryl is survived by her children, Bobby Riegerix of Osage Beach, Missouri and Jimmy Riegerix of St. Charles, Missouri; her mother, Dorian Pellegrino and husband Frank of Osage Beach, Missouri; her father Ronald Hogeland and wife Vickie of Sarasota, Florida; her brother Ryan Hogeland and wife Heather of Linn Creek, Missouri; her stepsister Sara Weber and husband Courtney of Camdenton, Missouri; her stepbrother Kerry Daniels and wife Alicia of Osage Beach, Missouri; her stepbrother Mark Daniels and wife Susan of Linn Creek, Missouri; along with many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Howard and Faye Martin and paternal grandparents Eldon and Georgia Hogeland.

Services will be held Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Walk on the Water Faith Church in Osage Beach, Missouri. The family will welcome friends for visitation from 12:00-1:00 p.m. prior to services at the church.
