Obituary of Joel Micheal Johnson

Joel Micheal Johnson, age 24, of Lake Ozark, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at his home.

He was born on May 23, 1993 in Jefferson City, Missouri. Joel was the son of Robert and Susan (Hawkins) Johnson.

Joel attended School of the Osage and graduated in 2011. He then worked as a landscaper, doing work for both Paradise Landscaping in Kaiser, Missouri and Heartland Landscaping in Osage Beach, Missouri. Playing video games was one of his favorite past times.

He is survived by his parents, Robert (Johnny) Johnson of Lake Ozark, Missouri and Susan Johnson of Stoutland, Missouri; one sister, Marisa Reipenhoff and husband Joe of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; paternal grandmother Faith Lewis Johnson of Putnam, Connecticut and maternal grandfather Melvin J. Hawkins of Stoutland, Missouri.

Joel was preceded in death by his brother Michael McKenzie Johnson, maternal grandmother Barbara Marie Hawkins, and paternal grandfather Robert K. Johnson, Sr.

Service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Osage Beach, Missouri. Inurnment will be held at Lake Memorial Gardens, Osage Beach, Missouri.
