Obituary of Harold Don Waters

Harold Don (Donnie) Waters Jr., age 53, of Montreal, Missouri passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018.

Donnie was born on September 2, 1964 in Columbia, Missouri. He was the son of Don and Jackie (Webster) Waters.

Donnie worked at various jobs over the years including several golf courses, Girard Concrete and most recently Schmidt Farms where he spent the last 8 years. He enjoyed muscle cars, NASCAR, going on trail rides and spending time with friends. Donnie’s greatest love in life was his children.

He is survived by his son Austin Waters of Macks Creek, Missouri; his daughter Chelsea Waters of Springfield, Missouri; his father Don waters and wife Jhayne of Tunas, Missouri; three brothers, Todd Waters of Macks Creek, Missouri, Rodney Waters and wife Kelli of Roach, Missouri and Jimmy Huff of California; three sisters, Mary Sue Carpenter and husband Jimmy of Edwards, Missouri, Ellen Porter of Kansas City, Missouri and Amy Linton and husband Dirk of Macks Creek, Missouri; also multiple uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.

Donnie was preceded in death by his mother Jackie Webster Huff.

Services will be held on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Macks Creek, Missouri. The family will welcome friends for visitation starting at 2:00 p.m. prior to service.
