Obituary of Sandra K. Goodhart

Sandra K. Goodhart, age 71, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, departed this life Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Sandra was born August 31, 1946 in Caledonia Village, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Harry Charles Jr. and Mary Margaret (Longueville) Muller.

She was married to Ronald James Goodhart, who preceded her in death.

Sandra was a wonderful homemaker, devoted wife, and caring mother and grandmother to her children and their families. She took care of her family’s needs before her own and created many beautiful memories for them to cherish.  Sandra was an excellent cook and enjoyed quilting, knitting and crafts of all sorts.  Sandra also loved spending time outdoors and attending to her flowers and plants. She loved animals of all kinds, especially her dogs.  Her greatest joy in life, came from being a grandma and spending time with her family.

Sandra is survived by her sons, Brian Patrick Goodhart and wife, Alicia, and their three children with one on the way, of Lake Ozark, Missouri; Joseph Matthew Edgell and wife, Michelle, and their child, of Dayton, Ohio; her daughters, Christina Ann Downey and husband, Mike, and her four children, of Indianola, Iowa; Shawn Marie Schenkemeyer and husband, Brian, and their child, of Bozeman, Montana.  She is also survived by her brothers, William Beardmore and wife, Diane, of Boone, Iowa and Gary Beardmore and wife, Cathy, of Caledonia, Minnesota; her close friend & significant other, Edward Insell of Warsaw, Missouri; along with other relatives and friends.

Sandra was preceded in death by her mother Mary Margaret Beardmore and dad Melvin (Toby) Lester Beardmore.
