Obituary of Dal Patrick Jones

As his circle of loved ones gathered, Dal Patrick Jones, peacefully passed at his Osage Beach home, Tuesday, September 18 2018. He was born March 17, 1942 in Woodstock, Iowa.
 

Dal is preceded in death by his parents William & Helen (Burns) Jones, wife Mary (Davidson) and grandson Justin Franklin Doss.
 

Dal retired from teaching Industrial Arts at Normandy High School in 2003. He then moved to the Lake of the Ozarks . At the Lake, his “classroom “ only expanded. He continued to build, create & invent unique gifts for every imagination! Truly a talented detailed craftsmen.
 

Dal was lucky to meet and become engaged to Connie James. Their time together was very special, just not long enough . 
 

Everyone who met Dal instantly became his friend. He was loved and admired by many.
 

Dal’s surviving family includes his children; Kristine (Don) Benecke, Dal Patrick Jones II, Pat (Elaine) Jones, Kerry Jones, and Kelly (Lena) Jones; Poppy's loving grandkids, Kourtney, Alexandria, Kayte, Cole, Brooke, Matthew and Annamarie; great grandkids, Landon, Carter and Cruz. Also surviving are his brother Don (Sharon) Jones of Des Moines, Iowa.

Dal was ready to join his oldest Grandson Justin in Heaven.
 

The family is planning a celebration to honor Dal’s life next month.
