Crystal Noell

Obituary of Crystal Noell

Crystal (Herrington) Noell, daughter of Melvin and Edith (Breeding) Herrington was born September 23, 1939 in Garden City, Kansas. She departed this life only after a tough, fought battle on October 2, 2018 in her home, surrounded by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, and her husband of fifty years, Richard (Dick) Noell.

She is survived by her sister Melva Joy Hill and her husband Garvin Hill. Three children Caprice Giardina and her husband Thomas Giardina, of Gravois Mills, Missouri, her son Eric Noell and his wife Cheryl (Sherry) Noell of Camdenton, Missouri, her daughter Brenda Davis of Wichita, Kansas; and seven grandchildren, Leslie Kowal, Cheri Ward, Tiffany Tryon, Crysta Ipema, James Noell, Cody Noell and Kylie Noell; and nine great grandchildren and one more blessing on the way!

Crystal started her journey after high school with her best friend Vivian in Wichita, Kansas. She began working at Lewins Department Store then married the love of her life and started a family. Crystal became a bookkeeper and later in life was a caregiver for both her in-laws until they retired to the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. Mama and Daddy were one of the first to volunteer at the enchanted Village of Lights as well as volunteering at S.T.A.F.F. Animal Shelter for many years.  Together they found their calling and their forever home. They named it Destiny Ranch where they found peace and comfort in building their home, caring for the land, bush-hogging, taking care of the cows and spoiling her two babies Herk and Doc (horses), all while making a beautiful life together!

People were drawn to her because she loved fiercely and was a mother, grandma and friend to all!

She will be truly missed, and her memory will live on through all those who love her!
