Obituary of Karen Sue Anna

Karen Sue Anna, age 78, of Grovespring, Missouri, entered into heaven on Friday, October 26, 2018 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Karen was born on March 27, 1940 in Chester, Illinois. She was the daughter of Raymond and Frieda (Juelfs) Easton.

On September 17, 1960 in Renault, Illinois she was united in marriage to her love, Ron Anna. Together they shared over 58 years in marriage.

Karen was a very active member in her church at Osage Beach First Assembly of God and adored her church family tremendously. She was a well-known active supporter for missions, both internationally and domestically. Convoy of Hope and Teen Challenge were two of the ministries she was extremely passionate about. Karen also touched many lives as she served in the Nursing Home Ministry and the Grovespring Lions Club. She also enjoyed caring for her flowers and tending to her gardens.

Karen is survived by her husband Ron Anna of the home; her three sons, Joseph Anna and wife Rachel of Hartland, Michigan, Timothy Anna and wife Belinda of Linn Creek, Missouri and Andrew Anna and wife Michelle of Ponce de Leon, Missouri; sister Joan Caswell of Belleville, Illinois; five grandchildren, Jessica, Ashley, Nic, Brittany and Reece and one great grandson, Jamison; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends who will all miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Frieda Easton.

Services will be held on Monday, October 29, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri. The family will welcome friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. prior to service at the funeral home.
