I am very sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you in this difficult time. I know it’s hard to go through this pain, but I hope you may find comfort in knowing that God cares about how you feel and that He promises that “there is going to be a resurrection.” (Acts 24:15) (1 Peter 5:7) Won’t that be wonderful to see our loved ones again! I hope this promise brings you comfort as it does me.

Dear Kari, Kelly, Bob, Tony, and Jennifer:
We are sorry that this condolence is arriving so late, we each thought that the other had already written to you. We are so very sorry for your loss, the loss that you suffered when your poor husband, son, and brother was diagnosed with this horrible affliction. But we rejoice that he is free from the pain and suffering he was experiencing and we pray that the Lord gives you the same peace that he is surely now enjoying. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers and we will see you soon.
Love,
Randy and Julie

Words are always so inadequate at times like this. There is some comfort and peace that comes with the outpouring of love and support that comes from so many friends and acquaintances of Shaun. It’s hard to know just how many lives he touched. My thoughts go out to Kari and Shaun’s family and hope they feel the love that surrounds them now in sympathy of a special person who’s life was taken from them much too soon.

I am so sad to hear this news. I was a classmate of Shaun's Many years ago, back in high school in Denver, IA. Although a lot of us lost touch after high school, we were a small graduating class and I think we were all friends.
Very sorry for your loss.

We've lost a very special friend in Shaun. We always enjoyed his company right up to the end. He'll be missed each and every day. The times shared on so many trips, the many boat rides and countless Wednesday's spent with him and Kari.
He was liked by everyone who met him, his personality was infectious. He never knew a stranger.
He'll be remembered as a true friend, we could always count on him in many ways.
Our Prayers are with Kari, Bob, Kelly, Tony and his extended family.
God Bless.
