Obituary of Timothy Allen Brutsman

Timothy (Tim) Allen Brutsman passed away on Friday, January 18th, 2019.

Tim was the son of Raymond and Shirley Brutsman. Tim was born on February 15th, 1963 in New York.

 
Tim was a fun loving, Harley driving, hardworking family man, who knew how to live life to the fullest. He enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren and his friends.

Tim is preceded in death by his wife of seventeen years Rhonda Moore-Brutsman. His sister Belinda Brutsman-Hoskins and his parents.

After Rhonda’s death, Tim married a close friend of both Tim and Rhonda’s; Jamie Brutsman. Jamie has helped Tim through a difficult time in his life, and through several illnesses. Tim’s love for Jamie was evident for anyone to see. Tim was a strong and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, cousin and friend.

Tim is survived by his wife Jamie Brutsman, brother Bill Brutsman and wife Lynell, sister Nancy Schneider and husband Peter, and Lauri Sutton and husband Phillip. Tim also leaves his daughters, Tiffany Rand, and Angie Brutsman, and his Son Timothy Jr., Step sons; Shawn Wade and wife Melissa, William (BJ) Whitehurst, Christopher Whitehurst and wife Kerri, Ryley Stretch, and Ryan Stretch. Tim also has many grandchildren who lovingly called him Papa Tim, Padre, or Grandpa.  Ashley, Rylan, Serenity, Izzy, Dominique, Tristin, Alexis, Tala, Kaydence, Jason, Kaleb, Zimra, Ociana, Zyler, Orion Nic, Devin, and Kyle; as well as cousins, aunts, uncles, and many, many friends.

Tim’s wish was to be cremated, and his ashes to be spread with his former wife and their dogs. His family will carry out his final wish.

Tim wanted to have a Celebration of Life after time has passed after his death. He wanted others to remember the fun and crazy times with him, and to celebrate his life. The Celebration of Life will be announced for a later date in the spring or summer.
