Obituary of Betty "Brenda" Bailey

Betty  "Brenda" Bailey, age 69, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Monday, February 25, 2019 at Ozark Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Brenda was born March 25, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was the daughter of Jesse Willard Brawley and Lora C. (Corbin) Brawley.

Brenda served in law enforcement as a deputy sheriff with Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, Memphis Tennessee  and Randolph County Sheriff’s Office in Missouri.  Brenda loved antiquing and quilting, as well as spending time outdoors fishing.

Brenda is survived by her son Zachary R. Bailey of Lake Ozark, Missouri; her daughter Sheri Linn Anishanslin of Camdenton, Missouri; her step-brother, Jimmy Queen of Camdenton, Missouri ,the  Wolfe family and  the Brawley family members, her sister in law; Myna Brawley, her nieces and nephews, Mark and Angela of Eureka, Missouri, Kurt and Brenda of Villa Ridge, Missouri, Kevin and Mary Kaye of Mehlville, Missouri and Karen and Garrett of Sunset Hills, Missouri; along with 3 great nieces and nephews and many friends.

Brenda was preceded in death by her father Jesse Willard Brawley; her mother Lora C. Crawley and her brother Jerry Edward Brawley.

Services will be held Saturday March 2, 2019, 2:00 p.m. at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton. The family will receive friends for visitation from 12:00-2:00 prior to services at the funeral home.

Memorial donation may be given to the family.
