Obituary of Robert Wallace Fike II

Robert Wallace Fike II, age 55, of Montreal, Missouri passed away on Monday, March 25, 2019 at his home in Montreal.

Robert was born on March 13, 1964 in Yolo County, California. He was the son of James and Francis (Wallace) Fike.

On July 25, 2001 Robert was united in marriage to Gardith Calvert in Branson, Missouri. They shared over 17 years of marriage together.

Robert owned and operated his own construction business for several years. He absolutely enjoyed being outdoors whenever he could. Hunting, fishing, floating and bar-b-quing were among his favorite outside activities. Robert also had a love for music.  But his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family.

Robert is survived by his wife Gardith Fike, sons Robert Wallace Fike III of Washington County, Missouri and Jackson Taylor Fike of Montreal, Missouri, daughter Amber Michelle Fike of Washington County, Missouri, step daughters Chastity Danielle Rowden of Montreal, Missouri and Kimberly Ann Sovcik (Tomas) of Linn Creek, Missouri, sisters Kennie Brown of Woodland, California and Alma Lucille Harris of Dixon, California, and five grandchildren; Wyatt, Colton, Maverick, Jackson and Samuel.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Francis Fike and one brother, Jimmy Fike.

Services will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri. The family will welcome friends for visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to service at the funeral home.

Memorial donations are suggested to the family.

Interment will be held at Hedges Cemetery, Camdenton, Missouri.
