Obituary of William Franklin Degraffenreid

William Franklin “Frank” Degraffenreid, age 73, of Brumley, Missouri, passed away Friday, April 5, 2019 at his home in Brumley.

Frank was born August 21, 1945 in Crocker, Missouri. He was the son of Ollen and Aleen (Sootter) Degraffenreid.

Frank worked most of his life as a turkey hatcher.  He enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing and gardening.   Frank was a loving, caring person and a good friend to his buddies.

Frank is survived by his brother Harold Degraffenreid of Tuscumbia, Missouri; his uncle Johnny Degraffenreid; his nephew Daryl and wife, Anginque, of Blue Springs, Missouri; several cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ollen and Aleen Degraffenreid;  one brother, Norman Degraffenreid; and one sister, Charlotte Carson.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 pm,  Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Osage Beach, Missouri.

Private burial will be held at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
