Obituary of Terry Lea Tabor

Terry Lea Tabor, age 66, of Montreal, Missouri, departed this life on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at her home in Montreal.

Terry was born August 26, 1952 in Roosevelt, Utah, the daughter of Bob and Bobbie (Carroll) Sloan.

On December 19, 1970 in Iberia, Missouri, Terry was married to Tommy Tabor.  They shared over 48 years together as husband and wife at the time of her death.

Terry was a Registered Nurse and enjoyed her role as caretaker for the many patients she met through the years.  In her spare time she enjoyed numerous hobbies including horse back riding, motorcycling, wood carving and making jewelry.   Her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren.

Terry was a wonderful, loving wife, and a caring mother and grandmother to her children and their families.  She created many beautiful memories for her family to cherish for years to come.  She will be missed beyond words.

Terry is survived by her husband, Tommy, of the home; her son Tracy, of Clinton, Missouri; her daughter, Tonia Graves and husband, Jeff, of Montreal, Missouri; and six grandchildren, Lindsey, Taden, Lilly, Cooper, Kate, and Adrian.  She is also survived by her brother, Gary Sloan of Iberia, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Bobbie Sloan; and a son, Tony.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, TBA.

Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Iberia, Missouri.
