Obituary of Terry Lee Campbell

Terry Lee Campbell, age 76, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach, Missouri.

After a valiant battle with cancer, TC is now reunited with his loving parents, Jack and Ethelyn Campbell, the love of his life, Ann Campbell, his son Terry and many others.

Terry married Patti Turner in 1962 while living in Columbus, Ohio. They had two children, ‘little Terry” and Jackii Malone. When he married Ann in 1966, his family increased measurably with the addition of Lawrence, Carla and Teresa. Alan is their son together.

After Ann’s passing in 2001, TC moved to the Lake of the Ozarks and made this his new home. TC is survived by his daughter and care giver Jackii (Ferguson) Malone, Lawrence (Annette) Campbell, Carla (Chris) Green, Teresa Campbell, Alan (Zena) Campbell, brothers Ed (Joan) and Rick (Sandy) Campbell and 10 grandchildren, as well as countless friends and relatives across the country.

In lieu of flowers, the Campbell’s request donations to the City of Hope or Michael J. Fox Foundation in TC’s memory.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, June 23, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. at JJ Twig’s/Risky’s, 1815 Bagnell Dam Blvd., Lake Ozark, Missouri.
